Service Terms

Terms and Conditions for Opening a Current Account

  • An official letter from the company/institution to open the account, including the names and job titles of the authorized signatories and specifying the signing mandate (e.g., single signature, joint signatures of two or more, or other specific conditions) and the validity of those signatures for financial transactions.

  • Copies of ID cards for company owners or those authorized to manage the account.

  • A copy of the Commercial Register + a renewed professional license.

  • In case the company is under establishment or does not have a commercial name on the Commercial Register, please provide us with a copy of the name certificate.

  • The Articles of Incorporation or the Memorandum of Association of the company, certified by the relevant authority.

  • A valid Zakat card.

  • A valid Tax card.

  • An official letter requesting to open an account from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (for associations) or from the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (for international organizations), specifying the authorized signatories for managing the account.

  • The Articles of Association of the organization or foundation, certified by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
